directing, inter alia, that the parties file by Tuesday, August 4, 1981, briefs addressing certain questions, and that the brief filed by Florida Power & Light Company ("FPL")
include its complete response to the motion for summary dis-position filed by Cities.
FPL respectfully request that the time for this filing be extended to permit briefs to be served by hand delivery on all Board members and ccunsel in Washington,
