SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 1 - NRC-OIE REGION II INSPECTION REPORT -
50-327/80 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON VIOLATION 50-327/80-46-11 The subject letter dated February 13, 1981, cited TVA with several violations. Our letter dated March 16, 1981, provided responses to those violations.
In regard to violation 50-327/80-46-11 on training and qualification records, we have not been able to relocate the plant's master file training records due to physical problems. We expect to have these records moved by June 30, 1981. Additionally, we are revising the procedures for handling training records of temporary employees, and we expect to provide a revised respon.ie to this violation which addresses the new procedure by June 30, 1981. This matter was discussed with J. Crlenjak on April 15, 1981.
