HTRD-50-518/81-10 The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE, 3egion II, Ir.spector Pete Taylor on Varch 30, 1981 as NCR HNP-A-136.
The final report was submi.tted on June 2, 1981.
As discussed with Inspector Taylor on June 29, 1981, TVA was unable to complete corrective actions on cr befers the July 1, 1981 commitment date as stated in our final response. T7A now anticipates completing corrective actions on or before August 1, 1981.
