Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
On May 28, 1981, Mr. Virgil Brownlee of NRC Region II was notified of a potential significant deficiency or potential substantial safety hazard concerning ITE interrupter switch.
This interim serves as the 30 day report.
ITE has,been notified of the problem and we are working with ITE in determining what exactly is the problem.
Specific details will be provided in the final report.
