Dear Mr. Clark:
In accordance with License Condition 2.C.(12)(a), the originally intended seismic design margins have been substantially restored by completion of the modifications to the Trojan Control Building author-ized by Amendment 47 to the facility operating license.
Since License Condition 2.C.(10) relating to interim operation is now cancelled, and License Condition 2.C.(12) relating to modification of the Control Building has served its purpose, we hereby request that these two conditions be deleted from License NPF-1.
