Operating License Nos. DPR-50 and DPR-73 Docket Nos. 50-289 and 50-320 Revised Modified Amended Security Plan Enclosed please find cevision 11 of th( 2hree Mile Island Physical Security Plan. This plan change is in response ta your letter of June 24, 1981.
While we believe all changes made to our Security Plan were consistant with the provision 2 of 10 CFR 50.54 (p), however, this revision addresses the changes which your correspondence questioned.
Revision 11 should be included in your existing plan copies in accord-ance with the following instructions:
