Initial notification of the subject deficiency was made to NRC-0IE, Region II Inspector R. W. Wright on February 15, 1980. The final report was submitted on June 2, 1981.
As discussed with Pete Taylor of your staff en Jur.e 18, 1981, TVA has failed to complete corrective actions by the committed date of June 15, 1981. We now plan on completing all corr ctive actions on or before August 16, 1981.
