b [N4 In my February 29, 1980 letter which transmitted Significant Deficiency Report SD 369-370/80-01 it was stated that any deficient solid state relays found in Unit 2 would be changed out by January 1, 1981. Due to delays in the delivery of the new relays this work is now expected to be completed by hot functional testing.
