Dear Mr. Reed:
In accordance with your document production requests of March 24, 1981 and June 20, 1981, and our response of May 6, 1981, enclosed is a copy ot the Callaway Plant Radiological Emergency Response Plan (RERP) dated 5/81.
This document was revised in order to comport with the format of the Final Safety Analysis Report Site Addendum (FSAR), and was submitted as part of Revision 3 of the FSAR on May 15, 1981.
Please note that the phrase, "Rev.
3, 5/81," added to the bottom right-hand corner of each page of the RERP, indicates the FSAR revision number and date of revision, not the RERP revision number.
RERP Rev. 3 includes the following minor correccions and additions to RERP Rev.
1, indicated below by underscoring, and deletions, as noted:

Table 4.1 (Sheet 2 of 3), Item 13.B:
"Any confirmed tornado within 10 miles of site."

A designated member of the plant management staff who shall be assigned responsibility for the initial contact for problems where the operating Super-I visor needs guidance, recommending action to the Operating Supervisor, and acting as the EPOM until the arrival-of the Plant Superintendent.
The EDO shall be available to be contacted by the Operating Supervisor at any time.
