NOTICE OF RECONSTITUTION OF BOARD Pursuant to the authority contained in 10 CFR 52.721 (1980), the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board for Consumers Power Company (Palisades Nuclear Power Facility), Docket No. 50-255-SP, is hereby reconstituted by appointing the following Administrative Judge to the Board:
