y This letter concerns your proposal to modify the Protected Area - Material Access Area Entry / Exit Control Points as reflected in Drawing #2 dated 5/8/81 of your Upgraded Physical Protection Plan. Responding to the June 11, 1981 telephone request from your Mr. Gustafson to Mr. Rentschler of the NRC staff we have reviewed the proposed modification and find that the proposed struct-ural modifications fom an acceptable basis for meeting the relevant perfom-ance capabilities of the Upgrade Rule.
