3 This refers to the revision of your Guard Qualification and TrainingNaa which was submitted by your letter of May 18, 1981. We have detemined thit the plan as revised is now acceptable.
Accordingly, we are hereby amending Section 9.0 of Materials and Plant Pro-tection Amendment MPP-1 to your License No. SNM-778 by revising License Con-dition 9.B.3 as set forth in the enclosure to this letter, effective 60 days after receipt.
We have determined that the enclosure to your letter of May 18, 1981 contains infomation of a type specified in 10 CFR 52.790(d). Accordingly, it is deemed to be coamercial or financial information within the meaning of 10 CFR 9.5(a)(4) and shall be subject to the provisions of 10 CFR 9.12.
