J. M. Farley Nuclear Plant Unit 2 Special Report
REFERENCE:
Unit 2 Technical Specification 3.7.12
Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
This Special Report is being submitted as required by Unit 2 Tech.
Spec. 3.7.12.
At 1300 en 5-18-81, during an inspection by the plant Fire Marshall, a fire barrier penetration in the cable spreading room was declared inoper able due to its not being properly sealed.
Tech. Spec. 3.7.12, in part, requires the above penetration to be functional. Tech. Spec. 3.7.12 accion statement requirements were met.
The penetration was sealed, inspected, and returna.d to service at 1630 on 6-13-81.
