Initial notificacion of the subject deficiency was made to NRC-0IE, Region II, Inspector R. W. Wright on June 3, 1980. The first, second, and third interim reports of the subject deficiency were submitted on July 2, September 17, 1980, and April 3, 1981, respectively.

In compliance with paragraph 50.55(e) of 10 CFR Part 50, this letter constitutes the fourth interim report of the subject deficiency.

TVA is continuing to work with GE on rotolution of concerns on Rosemont 1151 and 1152 pressure transmitters. GE has contacted packaged equipment vendors regarding applicability of the subject deficiency and is still awaiting response from these vendors. In addition, GE is evaluating the need for an analysis as indimiced in item 2 of IE Bulletin 80-16.

TVA anticipates transmitting Lne next report on or before December 18, 1981.
