Insert the symbol > in the fol]oving places on page 3:
(a) Change No. 2 subparagraph (3), second line, before 2.10 volts; (b) Change No. 2 Discussion and Justification, second paragranh:
first line, before 0.10 volts; second line, before 2.10 volts; and third line, before 2.10 volts.

In the first line of subnaragranh (e) of Change No. 2 on Page 3, Chance "tha" to read "than".
