Dear Mr. MacDonald:
The present application for reiewal of Certificate of Compliance 6771 lists Nuclear Engineering Co. (US Ecolcgy, Inc. ) as the primary user of the SN-1 shipping package. However, on April 29, 1980, Dr. Thomas S. Bael indicated our desire not to renew the subject Certificate of Compliance.
Accordingly, it is requested that the Nuclear Engineering Co. (US Ecology, Inc. )
be removed from the list of SN-1 users and that name dissociated from the corresponding Docket.
