Security Plans Enclosed herewith are six (6) revised copies each of the " Physical Security Plan (Amendment 2), Safeguards Contingency Plan (Revision 1) and Security Personnel Training and Qualification Plan (Revision 1)."
Revision instructions are included with each plan. Detroit Edison is subnitting these revisions in response to comments presented to us by representatives of Nuclear Material Safety and Safeguards.
In accordance with the Ccmnission's Rules of Practice, specifically Section 2.790 of 10 CFR Part 2 and Section 9.5 of 10 CFR Part 9, the Detroit Edison Company hereby requests that the attached revision copies of the above mentioned plans be treated as proprietary and withheld from public disclosure.
