Dear Mr. Madsen,
This letter is in response to the Notice of Violation received as a result of inspections conducted at this facility during the period March 24-27, 1981.
1.
No corrective steps were necessary on any of the equipmenc covered on j
the tested PTR's, as all work was satisfactory.
It is felt that no useful purpose would be served by "backfitting" any of the PTR's listed.
We would also like to point out that the failure to sign that a job briefing was conducted, in no way affects any of the work, but is included as a precaution for personal accident prevention.
2.
The personnel involved in the " failure to follow procedures" will all be notified, in writing, that they must improve their performance level 3.
As no "backfitting" is to be done on the listed PTR's and none was required on the equipment serviced, we feel we are in compliance.
