g Thank you for your letter of June 22, 1981, in response to our letter and the attached Notice of Violation dated May 21, 1981. As a result of our review, we find additional information as discussed with your Mr. Jim Mobley, R.S.O., during a telephone call on July 7,1981, is needed.

Relative to your letter of June 22, 1981, no mention was made as to what specific corrective steps would be taken to avoid further violations.

Please provide us your response to the above concerns under oath or affirmation within 10 days of your receipt of this letter so that we can continue our review of this matter.
