L TP Section 5.11 states that the Final Status Survey (FSS) Final Report will be provided to the NRC in phases as remediation and FSS are completed with related portions of the site.
ZionSolutions (ZS) submitted FSS Final Report, Phase 1, Phase 2, Parts 1 and 2 for NRC review, as documented in References 1, 2, 5, 6 and 7. contains the Zion Station Restoration Project FSS Final Report - Phase 3. This Phase 3 Final Report encompasses open land survey units for the eastern portions of the site. This report contains a compilation of forty-one ( 41) survey units contained in forty-one ( 41) release records.
Table 1-1 of the FSS Final Report - Phase 3 provides a listing of all the survey units addressed in this report, along with their classifications and size. Figure 1-1 of the FSS Final Report - Phase 3 depicts the locations of the survey units in relation to the ZNPS site as well as survey unit boundaries.

ZionSolutions, LLC ZS-2019-0114 Page 2 of 2 ZionSolutions anticipates one additional FSS Final Report submittal. The Phase 4 FSS Final Report will encompass the west portions of the site.
ZionSolutions hereby requests the NRC review the attached FSS Final Report - Phase 3 for acceptance of this portion of the site final radiological survey by April 30, 2020.
