Letter G02-80-292 The final report for 50.55(e) condition #89 was due on May 31, 1981.
Per phone conversation of June 3,1981, between Mr. Richard Spence ard Mr.
Robert Dodds (NRC), we request an extension on the deadline to September 7, 1981.
Contractor commitments on documentation and procedure conditions have not been met on schedule as outlined in Management Corrective Action Request #1449.
The Supply System will make every effort to expedite this deficiency to a satisfactory resolution.
