Dear Mr. Seyfrit:
Reference 1 requested that the District provide information relating to logistic support for the Emergency Notification System upgrade.
Page 1 of your letter requested that we provide this information to C. H. Hackney by this date, while page 2 of the letter stated that no response is re-quired. The District has experienced difficulties compiling the infor-ration in the two weeks alotted.
