12 DESCatPflON OF AmtNomtNY/moctriCATON Whereas, the contractor incurred costs in excess of the established contract amount during the performance of subject contract, and; Whereas, through negotiation, a total sum of $6,531.10 was mutually agreed upon by the parties as the amount reimbursable for said costs, Therefore, the below paragraphs of Article III, Consideration and Payment, are amended to read :s follows:
Paragraph 1:
It is estimated that the total cost to the Government for full performance of this contract will be $ 97,051.10 of which the sum of $92,883.10 represents the estimated reimbursable costs, and of which 54,168.00 represents the fixed fee.
Paragraph 2:
Total funds currently available for payment and obligation to this contract are $97,051.10, of which $92,883.10 represents the estimated costs and $4,168.00 represents the fixed fee.
