This letter is in response to " Porter County Chapter Intervenors' Third Request to the flRC for Production of Documents" (June 9,1981). Attached are documents responsive to PCCI's Request which a diligent search of our files has revealed. The docuner ts are grouped according to the nunber of the request to which they are msponsive. The nenorandun referred to in the llay 5,1981 Jordan neaorandun as having been enclosed is the sane nenorandun which was subsequently signed on fiay 14,1981 (the Thompson renorandun) and is attached to PCCI's " Notice of Depositions of Owen Thenpson and E. L Jordan".

We are providing these documents, although we do not consider then relevant to any adnitted issue in the " extension" proceeding, in order that the time for discoverv be ninimized in any proceeding the Cocnissien nay direct be helr! on the short piles pursuant to the D.C.
