A.

Pursuant to the authority of Section 6,A.(4) of the contract, the NRC hereby exercises its option to purchase the system as set forth in Section 6. A.(6) of the contract less all ARMS video related equipment. This equipment and software is listed in Tables 1 through 5 attached hereto.

B.

The price of the equipment is $4,343,577.00.

Exercising its option under Section 6.A.

(5), the NRC elects to pay the equivalent of 24 months ' ease payments on all equipment 1ecsed less than 24 months as of June 2,1981. This equates to an additional lease

payment of $591,745.00.

The lease for the remainder of the system for the June 3-10, 1931 period equates to $33,784.00. Total rental credits earned, including those earned under the provisions of Section 6.A.(5), equal $2,761.499.00.

The net purchase price is

$2,173,823.00.

As early exercise of the purchase option was contemplated, there is no change in the estimated cost of the contract or in the r'>riod of performance by reason of this modi fication.
