Although your approved QA program can be applied to all packages transporting radioactive material either in special form or encapsulated, this should not be construed as authorization to make shipments. Such authorization is subject to and can be made only after meeting the conditions and requirements specified in 10 CFR 71.12. Also, it is not necessary to identify or provide design drawings of shipping packages as your QA program does not incitade design and fabrication.
