MILLSTONE UNIT l RADI0 ACTIVE RELEASE VIA STORM DRAIN.
.My office had been told that releases to the environment via storm drains (like the Tsuruga reactor event) were not possible in the U.S.
reactor due to SRP's, Reg Guides, and inspections during construction.
Is the Millstone Unit 1 storm drain system representative and allowable?
