SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNIT 2 - 0FFICE OF INSPECTION AND ENFORCEMENT BULLETIN 79-13, RII:JPO 50-328 - SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT As required by IE Bulletin 79-13, Cracking in Feedwater System Piping, we have conducted post hot-functional inspections of the feedwater piping at Sequoyah Nuclear Plant unit 2.
A radiographic examination of all feedwater no: zle-to-pipe welds and adjacent pipe and nozzle areas has been completed on Sequoyah unit 2, and rua unacceptable irdications were found. A visual inspection of feedwater system piping supports and snubbers in containment has been completed, and three problems were identified. All three deficiencies were relatively minor and will be corrected before initial criticality.
