Dear Members of the Board:
On July 10, 1981, the Board, at Tr. 3515, requested that the Staff apprise it of the status of the energency planning issue in Diablo Canyon low power test proceeding (Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Docket Hos. 50-275 OL and-50-323 OL).-
The Staff initially apprised the Board that 90 decision with respect to low power was eminent-(Tr. 3566-67).
In fact, the Licensing Board issued its.
