Dear Administrative Judges:
In the "fiRC Staff Response to PCCI's Potion to Conpel Deposition of it. David Lyncn in Chicago'" (July 11,1931), the Staff stated that an agreecent had been reached for PCCI to depose l'r. Lynch in Chicago on August 19-20, 1981.
As reficcted in PCCI's "(1) flotice of Deposition of !!. David Lynch and (2) liotice of Withdrawal of PCCI's Motion to Compel Deposition of I!. David Lynch in Chicago" (July 17,1981), the agreed dates for l'r. Lynch's deposition were subsequently changed to August 18-19, 1981. The Staff's July 16 response is hereby rodified to reflect this change.
