Ib3 I ORDER July 21, 1981 In a pleading filed June 29, 1981, intervenor Barbara Stamiris requested us to review, via directed certification, the Licensing Board's June 15, 1981, denial of her motion for summary disposition.
In a separate paper, Ms. Stamiris also. requested, in effect, an advisory opinion on a number of discovery matters.
The NRC staff has now informed us that Ms.- Stamiris has authorized it to communicate her decision to withdraw both of her recp.lests for interlocutory review.
NRC Staff-Statement- (July 17, 1981)'.1 -Neither the staff nor applicant Consumers Power Company objects to the withdrawal, without prejudice,_of Ms. Stamiris' requests.
