Enclosed are six applications for export licenses received recently by NRC.
Each license application involves a nuclear export falling within the Executive
. Branch ~ generic approval of November 21, 1979 for single reloads of low-enriched uranium fuel, but for which a letter of assurance is required that the material will 'be subject to all of the terms and conditions of an agreement for Co-operation.
Your assistance in obtaining the necessary assurance letters on the six license requests will be appreciated.
