1) Minutes of the February 25, 1981 meeting between Robert Engleken, NRC, and Bob Ferguson,. Washington Public Power Supply System.

2) Provide a list of all 42 violations of NRC regulations which were discussed at the meeting in 1 above, with a detailed description , and all NRC evaluations of each violation.

~3) Provide all documents concerning drug use WPPSS Ilanford Nuclear Project.

4) Supply all interviews done by the NRC with workers at all WPPSS projects under NRC jurisdiction.

5) Provide all NRC documents concerning the possibility of suspension, modification or revocation of WPPSS construction license.

6) Supply all documents related to the falsification in of records including but not limited to pipe hangers the reactor building at the WPPSS Nucicar Project 2.
