Dear Mr. Rosolie:
4 This is in reply to your letter dated May 12, 1981, in which you requested pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of documents relating to seven categories of information identified in your request.
In response to your request, we have identified the specific documents listed on Appendix A hereto as containing the information you are seeking.
With respect to item four of your request, we need more specific information from you to search for documents which may be subject to your request.
All Appendix A documents are on file in the NRC's Public Document Room, 1717 H Street, N.W., Was*iington, DC, and in the two NRC Local Public Document Rooms (LPDR) for the WPPSS facilities.
The first LPDR is located at the Richland Public Library, Swift and Northgate Streets, Richland, Washington 99352, and contains documents concerning WPPSS Units 1, 2, and 4 under Docket Nos. 50-397, 50-460, and 50-513, respectively.
The second LPDR is located at the W. H. Abel Memorial 8.ibrary,125 Main Street, South, Montesino, Washington 98563, and contains documents concerning WPPSS Units 3 and 5 under Docket Nos. 50-508 and 50-509, respectively. Appendix B is a listing of the categories of information which are on file in the LPDRs. The purpose of the LPDR is to provide a local source e' ' coss to all publicly available agency records relating to the WPPSS f at,s,. ties. The records subject te your request are contained in the " Reportable Occurrence, " Inspection," Memoranda," and " Applicant Correspondence" files. All records in the LPDRs are available for public inspection and copying.
In addition to the documents listed in Appendix A, a few additional documents have been identified which are undergoing review.
We will write you again when our review of these few documents is completed.
The charge for reproducing records located in the Washington POR is five cents ($0.05) per page, as speciried in 10 CFR 9.14(a).
