In accordance with EA-06-203, "Issuance of Order Imposing Fingerprinting and Criminal History Records Check Requirements for Access to Safeguards Information"J I am requesting that NCNR Chief of Reactor Operations Ms. Meagan Nydegger be added as one of the NCNR Reviewing Officials. In lieu of fingerprint submittal, we have contacted the NRC Criminal History Program to verify her background check.
