The enclosed change vill provide snubber operability and surveillance requirements in response to NRC letter dated March 23, 1981, entitled " Technical Specification Revisions for Snubber Surveillance".
This change request is considered administrative in nature in that its sole purpose is to formalize snubber operability and surveillance requirements in the Technical Specifications. Therefore, this change has been determined to be a Class II change pursuant to 10 CFR 170.22; a check in the a=ount of
$1200 is attached.
