By application dated Mr.y 15,1981, Schlumberger Well Services requested
'that the Certificate of Compliance for the Model No. NLS package be amended to authorize two additional types of neutron source systems (designated NLS-KL and NLS-LM). The application also requested that the package design be issued an IAEA Certificate of Competent Authority as a j
TypeB(U) package.
Based upon our review of the application, we have amended NRC Certificate
+
of Compliance No. 9083 to authorize the requested changes and have concluded that the package meets the IAEA requirements for Type B(U) packages.
