This is in reference to the telephone conversation between you and

-Dr. W. J. Adam of this office on July 13, 1981.

It is our understanding that on or before July 16, 1981, you will perform a test to confirm the securacy of your dose calibrator to within i 5% of the stated activity on a precalibrated dose of technetium-99m. Moreover, you will have your dose calibrator tested for linearity and accuracy within 20 days of the date of this notice by an individual authorized by the NRC to perform such tests.

If our understanding in this ratter is not correct, please notify us immediately.
