Review Status:
Complete The RSB has evaluated the proposed means for detection of a boron dilution event and the related changes proposed to Technical Specifications for Calvert Cliffs Units ! and 2.
Based u. our review to date, the information presented in the letter from A. E. Lundvall, Jr., Baltimore Gas' and Electric Company, to R. A. Clark, NRR, D0L, ORB #3 is significantly deficient and we are rn able to conclude that the criteria for detection of boron dilution set forth in SRP 15.4.6 are met.
We request that the licensee complement his submittal and propose additional changes in Technical Specifications as addressed in the evaluation (attached),
