Background
The Wood River Junction Plant is being decontaminaced for decommissioning and essentially all fuel processing equipment has been removed. The subject applications provide updated pages for Section 200 of the license to reflect basic changes in the nature of the activities being conducted. The revised pages also reflect changes in the organization but do not delete ad.ninistrative requirements relevant to safety.
II Conclusion and Reconsnendation The proposed changes to Section 200 simply reflect the changed nature of activities being conducted without deleting safety assentials.
Approval of the revised Section 200 is reconsnended.
