Correspondence for License R-119 I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff again for taking the time to meet with Mr. C. Bach and myself on July 6,1981. One of the questions that arose during the discussions was the proper channel for cfficial correspondence between Westinghouse and the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.
I have attached a copy of the letter signed by Mr. T. Stern which was previously sent to the NRC concerning this matter.
Questions of a technical nature may of course be directed to Mr. C. Bach.
In a separate letter, I have provided formal notification to the NRC that Mr. Bach has replaced Mr. John Roth.
