Gi to By motion of July 2, 1981, the intervenors in this proceeding, Wanda Christy, Mary Ellen Salava and the organization, Kansans for Sensible Energy requested a thirty day extension for filing first round discovery requests and responses. The basis for the-(
request is the additional time required by the Attorney, John M.

Simpson to familiarize and prepare himself for discovery pro-ceedings. Mr. Simpson has recently been retained to represent all' of the intervenors named above. The Applicant does not object to the extension provided it applies to all parties in the proceeding.
IT IS SO ORDERED: The schedule for first round discovery established by the Board on June 3, 1981 is changed to require first round discovery requests for all parties to be filed by August 19, 1981 ad responses by September 24,_1481.
