SECOND SET OF INTERROGATORIES M
ro On June 12, 1981, Committee to Bridge the Gap (CBG) filed a motion to compel further answers to its Second Set of Interrogatories filed on April.20, 1981. The Second Set'went to the twenty (20) contentiors admitted by that date.
UCLA served its response to the interrogatories on or about May 20, 1981, and responded with additional explanations to the motion to compel on June 29, 1981. UCLA also submitted on June 29, 1981, " Supplemental Responses to Intervenor's Second Set of Interroga-tories". UCLA stated that it is continuing to derive information to respond to certain other questions and will furnish further responses as soon as it has obtained the information.
In reviewing the documents we noted that several of the UCLA answers inadvertently omitted from the original response and promised in the supplemental response are still ph 8107200099 810715 hE l PDR 4 DOCK 05000142 G

2-missing. We also noted that UCLA believes the recently released Staff documents provided some of the requested information.
Before we rule on the motion to compel, we direct CBG to updat'e its request since it appears some line items may now be moot. Prior to sub-mitting that filing, we direct UCLA to inform CBG of its current effort to furnish further infomation and when it expects to be able to furnish same. We will expect a report from CBG not later than twenty (20) days after receipt of this order.
