Pursuant to a stipulation entered by tne Joint Intervenors, the Applicant and the Staff dnd dCCepted by the Licensing Board in its unpublished Order of September 12, 1979 (Order at p.2), Joint Intervenors may present for consideration by the board new contentions concerning the Applicant's financial qualifications to operate Waterford 3 within 30 days of issuance of the SER.
