People of the State of Illinois, by its attorne'y,cTyrone, C. Fahner, Attorney General of the State of Illinois, hereby moves the Board for a six-day extension of time within which to file a response to NIPSCO's Second Motion To Compel Answers To Its Second Set Of Interrogatories. Illinois' response was due to be filed today. During the last two weeks the undersigned attorneys have been out of the office due to illness and to responsibilities in other cases, thus limiting the time necessary to respond to NIPSCO's motion. Because NIPSCO's counsel has stated that she does not agree to an extension of time, Illinois respectly requests that the Board grant an extension to July 13, 1981 of the time for filing a re-sponse to NIPSCO's motion to compel.
