Under sepsrate cover, 40 copies of Amendment 34 to the Trojan Nuclear Plant Final Safety Analysis Report are being transmitted to you.
Please have these amendments inserted into your copies.
This amendment reflects changes to the facility as ordered by the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board in the Control Building Ttoceeding and as authorized by the Commission in Amendment 47 to License NPF-1.
As requested in your letter of November 4, 1980, this amendment dese '.bes, for the Control-Auxiliary-Fuel Building Complex (Complex), the design of the modified Comple., the analytical methods, acceptance criteria and appropriate licensee commitments contained in the documents filed in the Control Building Proceeding. Accordingly, as contemplated in your letter, we suggest that Technical Specification 5.7.2.1 be changed to read:
"The Control Auxiliary-Fuel Building Complex (Complex) shall be designed and maintained to the design provisions contained in Sections 3.7 and 3.8 of the FSAR (as amended through Amendment 34) with allowance for normal degrada-tion pursuant to the applicable Surveillance Requirements".
