42 fat %C#iPTION Of AMINDMENTIMODIFICAflON The purpose of this modification is to increase the contract price as per the contractor's June 10, 1981 letter which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.
The contract price is being increased to cover additional work performed by the contractor in preparation of the required bibliography. Now, therefore the following changes are made:
A.
Regarding the contract cover sheet, Standard Form 33, block 22 and Sectior. E-Supplies /
Services and Prices, delete the amount "$4,000.00" and substitute in lieu thereof the amount "$4,300.00."
B.
P,cgarding Subsection F.3-Statement of Work, add the following sentence to the first paragraph:
"In preparation of the required bibliography, the contractor shall include all Greek symbols and small equations within,entences and long complex equations contained in' the tsunami reference cards."
