The decision strikes down as "un-constitutional and thus unenforceable" the Washington initiative preclud-ing the burial of non-Washingtcn low-level radioactive wastes in the State of Washington after July 1, 1981. A copy of the court decision is en-closed for the convenience of the Board and the parties.
