NRC Inspection This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. Grayson of this office on May 13, 1981, of activities authorized by NRC License No. 53-18343-01 and to the discussion of our findings held by Mr. Grayson with you at the con-clusion of the inspection.
The inspection was an examination of the activities conducted under your license as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with tM Commission's rules and regulations and the conditions of your license. The inst'etion consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative recc,rds, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
During this inspection, it was found that one of your activitics appeared to be in noncompliance with NRC requirements. This item and reference to the pertinent requirement is listed in Appendix A. This item has been categorized into a severity level as described in the Federal Register Notice (45 FR 66754) dated October 7,1980.
Your response to this Notice is to be submitted in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR 2.201 as stated in Appendix A, Notice of Violation.
