Concrete bolds The purpose of tne meeting was to provide Messrs. Romano and Lewis an opportunity to question the technical staff on their conceres. The questions were the same as those they have raised in past correspondedce over the past couple of years.

-The responses by the staff were the same as they presented before by reference to the following documents:

Messrs. Romano and Lewis questioned and discussed with the staff, characteristics of geologic strata at the Limerick site and the nearby quarry; vibratory motion from various blasting forces; and concrete at the liquid, initial set, add cured states. Also discusssed and examined were the date recorded over the past een years by the quaryy personnel and by PECo, and analyzed by USGS nad NRC personnel.
